Nema Villa I consists of 4 villas of 80sq.m. each, with independent swimming pools of 30sq.m. each and at a distance of only 50m from the captivating sea, crossing our private path. The internal layout is divided into 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and an open plan living-dining-kitchen area. Each of which offers you a unique holiday experience, impressing you with its comfort, luxury and at the same time the warmth it exudes.
In a carefully designed and arranged environment, air-conditioned and equipped with state-of-the-art televisions, wi-fi internet, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher) and laundry room in a common area within the plot. You will also find modern decoration and furniture, a safe for your personal belongings to provide the comfort you need on your holiday, as well as a hairdryer and pool towels.
