Nema Villa II consists of 3 villas, 2 of them have an area of 80 sq.m. each and one villa has an area of 60 sq.m., with independent swimming pools for each unit of 30 sq.m. and at a distance of only 150m from the captivating sea.For the two villas (80 m²) the internal layout is divided into 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms each and an open plan living-dining-kitchen area. For the one villa (60 m²) the internal layout is divided into 1 bedroom with a bathroom and an open plan living-dining-kitchen area. Each of which offers you a unique holiday experience, impressing with its comfort, luxury and at the same time the warmth it exudes.
